Hi Work Wives, this is Emma from New York and I need your help. So I recently had my annual review and they told me that I would be offered a promotion within the next couple months. Well, the new role and responsibilities have not yet been defined, but I was offered a raise in advance. So, the raise was disclosed to me and my initial reaction was to ask about what my new role and responsibilities would entail and how this raise aligns with that. But because nothing's been defined yet, how do I go about this situation? Please help.
